Welcome to fitness with me Rob at Moksha Movement.

Through Moksha's training programmes I will look at your structure and movement patterns and wether we need further techniques to get you moving at your best - therefore improving your quality and enjoyment of life. 
Your plan will be structured around things you find interesting, and I promise no lettuce leaf diets - life is for living after all. 

Providing one to one - The fast track to hitting your goals! We have a number of packages to suit your needs and sessions can be done at your home or locally to you. 

Online - With a full personalised plan and diet guidelines, this option will suit people with limited time and means we can help you reach your goals, wherever you may be in the world.

And small group trainings - A great way to share the cost and also get fit with someone you know - the added competition and social aspect is a great motivator for some.

About Me

Rob Liston - Co founder of Moksha Movement

Fitness is about so much more than exercise. its an incentive for positive change and it affects you in everything you do. Releasing the endorphins in your body, results in a feeling of well being, helping you through everyday life. This was a massive reason why i began my fitness journey. My personal training practise over the last 10 years has seen me train clients in both Leeds and London, included outdoor and gym-based training, as well as management of a number of different teams. My aim has been to help people towards reaching their full potential. Throughout my career I have trained and worked with a huge diverse mix of people. Wether it has been wanting to get their fitness levels up or to work out for their mental health, I have always endeavoured with my clients and colleagues to bring out the best in the individual and always incorporating fun and good times. Moksha Movement is a platform for me to connect with people globally and that makes me so excited! 
My aim is for you to get fitter and healthier, but also for you to enjoy the journey.
